Where are you located?

I’m located in Windsor Estates, 2 mins south of Sherwood Park on Clover Bar Road

What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm

Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Sunday Noon to 4:00 pm

What are your payment options?

I accept credit cards and PayPal payments for online orders and e-transfers for custom orders

***All gifts must be paid for before delivery or pick-up

Do you have Same-Day Delivery?

Yes. The pre-made gifts on my website are available for same-day delivery

How much does delivery cost?

$10 - Within Sherwood Park City limits

$20 - Sherwood Park rural area, Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Ardrossan, Beaumont

$25 - St. Albert, Leduc, Spruce Grove

What is the delivery time for Custom Gifts?

I work with my client’s schedule. When a custom order is submitted, one of the questions is ‘When is the gift required'?’

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, pick-up can be arranged for during business hours

Can you deliver to multiple addresses?

Yes. You can send an email to patty@giftsbypattycakes.com with your order information, and I can create an invoice for the total amount of items, including delivery amount

Can I have my gift shipped?

Not at this time

How can I place a custom order?

If you’re looking for a custom gift, you can email me at patty@giftsbypattycakes.com or submit an email from my Contact page, describing what you’re looking for, including your budget and when the gift is required

Once the gift has been created, I will send you a photo for your approval, before sending you an invoice for payment

Can I add a card to my gift?

Yes, upon request, a handwritten card can be added, free of charge. Upon check out, include your message in the ‘Card Message’ text box

If you miss adding the note during check out, simply email me at patty@giftsbypattycakes.com and I will add one

What if I don’t know if they will be home for delivery?

When you are placing your order, ensure you include the recipient’s phone number and advise me if I need to contact them directly to arrange a delivery time

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, once a gift leaves my hands and is delivered to the recipient’s address, I have a no return, no refund policy. In good conscience, I cannot re-stock items that have been out of my control and in someone else’s possession

If there was damage in transit, please notify me immediately at patty@giftsbypattycakes.com or call 780-686-6390 and I will arrange to replace item damaged
